kMeteo reminder/warning

Due to lack from test on the version 0.8 of kMeteo and the changement in the preferences format.

Don't forget to delete previously installed version of kMeteo before installing the new one.

    J’ai téléchargeé la version 0.09 de kmeteo sur mon palm mais mon problème est que je peux pas ouvrir les villes pour savoir la météo.
